Baby On Board

Its true! James and I are expecting a little one in December. We are very excited! We will be finding out the gender next week.
I could post a picture of what I look like now but there isn't really much to see yet. I will give it a little more time.

The Excitment

The last night at Lake Powell we had a wind storm hit us. It wouldn't of been so bad except that we parked in a big open area for the night. We got some big waves crashing into our boats. The house boat can handle it better then the little boat. This little Jet Ski boat is a good little boat that your not afraid to give it a scratch but it just doesn't handle waves very well when its not moving.

 

This picture is my dad trying to ride out the waves in his boat. it was cute to see him try to save his boat. You can see the water splashing in the boat. It looked like he was riding a mechanical bull.

 

This is the boat when the strom was finishing up. Luckly it couldn't go much lower then that because it was in a shallow place. To bad we didn't have much of a beach to beach it on.... We did get all the water out but we did lose the key.

Well, we are back from another exciting trip to Lake Powell. We did so much and did so little at the same time. I never thought that could be done. We ate, swam, relaxed, ate, swam, relaxed..... I love this trip and look forward to it every year. Now I have to wait another 365 days.

Happy 4th

Its 8:15am and I am at work counting down until 5pm so th Holiday can begin. Its going to be a long day. I am very excited!!
Tonight Logan City has there big firework show on Campus. This is the one advantage to having USU on a hill, the entire Valley can see the fireworks. My work has a lot grassy areas so I pull a blanket out on my lunch break and reserve my spot. I know that sounds silly but people are already reserving there spots over here. CRAZY!
Tomorrow my Sister Katy is coming up and we are going to Porcupine Dam for some swimming. Then we will watch the Hyrum City fireworks. Then Saturday is the Cache Valley Cruise In. Boy oh Boy is it going to be fun.
